茯苓加工炮制、成分分析及体内代谢研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 茯苓的加工炮制工艺主要以传统加工模式为主,新技术、新设备的应用与传统加工的对比研究较少。研究中药炮制规范的关键控制工艺必须关注中药饮片炮制过程中化学成分的变化以及活性成分在体内的代谢过程。通过对国内外近10年相关文献的检索,简要总结茯苓的加工炮制工艺、化学成分分析及体内代谢的研究进展,为茯苓炮制工艺的现代化研究、产业链的开发提供参考。 The traditional processing method of Poria cocos is the primary production processing.A comparative study of the traditional processing and application of new technology and equipment is poor.The research of Chinese medicine important processing technology is focus on the change of chemical constituents and the metabolic process of active constituents.In order to provides a reference for the study of the modernization of machining processing and the industrial chain of Poria cocos ,we have reviewed the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years and briefly summarized the processing,composition analysis and in vivo metabolism of Poria cocos in this study.
