摘要
对19所"拔尖计划"实施高校735名"拔尖计划"入选学生的成就动机及其影响因素的实证研究发现,"拔尖计划"入选学生的成就动机水平显著高于普通学生,尤其在求知欲维度上两者差异最大。"拔尖计划"入选学生对成功有强烈的期望,但也存在心理承受力弱、领导力不足和努力度不够的问题。担任学生干部可以显著提高"拔尖计划"入选学生的成就动机水平,尤其对成长为精英科学家所需的领导力、适应性和求知欲等核心素质具有明显的提升作用。
Investigating 735 students from the "Top-notch Plan" in 19 universities, it found that their level of achievement motivation were significantly higher than ordinary students, especially on the aspect of desire for knowledge. There’re strong expectations of success on them, with problems of weak psychological endurance, insufficient leadership and insufficient efforts;further, the students serving as student leaders could significantly improve the level of achievement motivation, particularly on the aspects of leadership, adaptability and desire for knowledge which were the core quality of elite scientists.
