摘要
为了提高TiO2吸附去除能力,研究以钛酸四丁酯、无水乙醇、硫酸、水为原料,采用水热法制备H2SO4改性TiO2和纯TiO2,运用XRD、BET表征手段对材料进行表征,探讨H2SO4改性TiO2(H2SO4-TiO2)和纯TiO2对活性黄的吸附行为。结果表明:合成的TiO2为100%的锐钛矿,符合N2吸附-脱附IV(a)型等温线和H2(b)型滞后环;H2SO4-TiO2和纯TiO2对活性黄染料的吸附符合Langmuir模型和准二级动力学模型;H2SO4-TiO2对活性黄的吸附量提高了6.9倍左右(与纯TiO2对活性黄的理论吸附量相比),对活性黄的吸附性能得到明显强化。
In order to improve the ability of adsorption removal of TiO2,nano-TiO2were prepared using hydrothermal method by taking Ti(OC4H9)4,C2H5OH,H2O,and sulfuric acid as main ingredients.In addition,adsorptions of reactive yellow in dye waste water onto H2SO4-TiO2and TiO2,the modified products,were investigated.The materials were characterized by XRD and BET.The study shows that the content of TiO2is 100%anatase-TiO2,and it is in accord with N2 adsorption-stripping type IV (a)isotherm and H2(type b)hysteresis loop.At room temperature,the process of reactive yellow adsorption onto H2SO4-TiO2and TiO2fits the pseudo-second-order model and the Langmuir adsorption model. Furthermore,the adsorptive abilities of the modified TiO2increased significantly,especially for H2SO4-TiO2,its adsorptive ability and surface area increased by 6.926times compared with TiO2.
