基于四维荧光成像技术的农药水解检测方法研究

摘要 针对三维荧光成像技术不能准确测量农药等水体有机污染物水解反应过程的问题,提出一种基于四维荧光成像技术的农药水解检测方法,通过建立农药水解过程与四维荧光水解检测方法的相互关系,搭建四维荧光检测系统,引入基于偏最小二乘的荧光动力学光谱的解析算法,选取西维因、麦穗宁、多菌灵3种农药样本进行实验,结果表明,该方法的响应时间稳定、与农药样本浓度无关、仅与农药类型相关,对单一农药样本的测量精密度较高、标准偏差和相对标准偏差都较小,在3种农药样本不同浓度混合情况下都能获得较高的测量精确度。 According to the three-dimensional fluorescence imaging technology can not accurately measure the pesticides and other organic pollutants hydrolysis process problems,put forward a detection method of pesticide hydrolysis based on four-dimensional fluorescence imaging technology,through the mutual relationship establishment of pesticide hydrolysis process and hydrolysis of four-dimensional fluorescence detection method,build a four-dimensional fluorescence detection system,the kinetics of fluorescence analytic algorithm of partial least squares based on the selection of carbaryl,Fuberidazole and carbendazim pesticides in three samples,the results show that the response time of the method is stable and independent,only with the types of pesticides associated with pesticide sample concentration,measurement precision,standard deviation and relative standard deviation of single pesticide samples are small,can be measured high accuracy in three samples with different concentration under the condition of mixed pesticide.
