喀什地区社区紧急医学救援规范化培训体系的构建研究

Study on the Construction of Standardized Training System for Community Emergency Medical Rescue in Kashgar Area

目的探究喀什地区社区紧急医学救援规范化培训体系的构建。方法2018年3月-2019年3月选取喀什地区某社区45名医护人员为研究对象,随机抽取20名作为培训组,接受为期1年的紧急医学救援规范化培训,其余25名接受常规培训,为常规组,对比2组医护人员实践操作技能、紧急救援时效性及对培训效果满意度。结果培训组检伤分类、心肺复苏技术、呼吸道阻塞处理技术、夜视条件下穿刺技术、骨折患者摆放及处理技术、气管插管技术、医学转运评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05);培训组“120”调度的反应时间、平均出车时间及到达现场时间均明显短于常规组(P<0.05);培训组授课内容、培训形式新颖、教学计划安排、操作示范满意度评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论?喀什地区社区经紧急医学救援规范化培训,使医护人员实践操作技能提升,紧急救援速度加快,且医护人员对该培训方式较满意,因此,该培训方式对于喀什地氏社区紧急医学救援规范化培训体系的建立具有一定指导意义。

Objective To explore the construction of standardized training system for community emergency medical rescue in Kashgar. Methods From March 2018 to March 2019, 45medical staff from a community in Kashgar were selected as the research subjects, 20 people were randomly selected as trained group to receive standardized training of emergency medical rescue for one year, the remained 25 were not trained as untrained group, practical skills, timeli? ness of emergency rescue and satisfaction with training effect of medical staff in the two groups were compared. Results The training group had significantly higher scores in injury classification, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, treatment of respiratory obstruction, puncture under night vision, placement and treatment of fracture patients, endotracheal intubation and medical transport than the routine group (P< 0.05);the response time of 120 scheduling, average departure time and arrival time in the trained group were significantly shorter than those in the untrained group (P< 0.05);the satisfaction scores of teaching content, innovative training form, teaching plan arrangement and operation demonstration in the trained group were significantly higher than those in the untrained group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The standardized training of community emergency medical rescue in Kashgar area can improve the practical operation skills of medical staff and accelerate the speed of emergency rescue, and the medical staff are satisfied with the training method, therefore, this training mode has certain guiding significance for the establishment of standardized training system of community emergency medical rescue in Kashgar area.
