摘要 目的通过升级智能标准化急诊分级、分科分诊软件,提高急诊分诊效率和质控管理能力。方法基于对疾病的认知分析理论,运用症状-诊断学,结合急诊分诊现状问题,参照最新标准和规范,实现急诊快速分诊系统升级的内容基础;软件基础以使用Visual Studio2013平台、C#语言、C/S架构和SQL Server2008作为后台创建YYFZ数据库。将2016年6月-2017年5月(观察组)与2015年6月-2016年5月(对照组)急诊快速分诊系统的分诊能力指标和质控能力指标进行比较。结果2组分诊错误率和分室错误率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组患者分诊入抢救室时间明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理人员补录患者信息时间及采集、分析质控数据时间也明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论更新后的急诊快速分诊系统实现了对专病急诊患者的高效分诊,有效缩短分诊时间;提高质控数据采集分析的工作效率和准确性。 Objective To improve emergency triage efficiency and quality control management ability by upgrading intelligent standardized emergency classification and triage software. Methods Based on the theory of cognitive analysis of disease, the application of symptom-diagnostics, combined with the current situation of emergency triage, reference to the latest standards and norms, to achieve the content basis of upgrading the old system;The software foundation used Visual Studio 2013 platform, C# language, C/S architecture and SQL Server 2008 as background to create YYFZ database. The indexes of triage ability and quality control ability of the old and new systems were compared between June 2016 to May 2017 (experimental group) and June 2015 to May 2016 (control group).Results There was no significant difference in triage error rate and compartment error rate between the two groups (P > 0.05), but the triage time of patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).The time of making up patient information and collecting and analyzing quality control data in the experimental group was also significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions The new system software can realize efficient triage of emergency patients with special diseases and shorten the triage time effectively,and improve the efficiency and accuracy of quality control data collection and analysis.
