摘要
邓小平对中国和世界其他国家现代化建设的审慎思考和深刻认识,成为教育优先发展思想的逻辑起点。邓小平教育优先发展思想经历了一个历史演变过程。它大致经过两个阶段:一为“明确教育是现代化建设的战略重点”,二为“在党和国家制度层面确定教育优先发展战略地位”。教育优先发展思想,具有战略性、时代性和实践性的特点,充分体现了改革开放初期中国共产党人着眼全局、与时俱进、求真务实的理论品格。
Standing on the politicians standpoint,Deng Xiaoping pondered China's educational reform. Its cautious thinking and profound understanding of the modernization of China and other countries in the world become the logical starting point for the thought of prioritizing education. Deng Xiaoping's thought of giving priority to development of education went through a process of historical evolution from proposing to finally obtaining the consensus of the entire party. It generally goes through two stages: one is to u clarify that education is the strategic focus of modernizationM and the other is to Mdetermine the strategic priority of education at the party and state system level". The idea of giving priority to educational development has the characteristics of strategy,modernity and practice,and fully embodies the theoretical character of Chinese Communists in the overall situation of keeping pace with the times,seeking truth and being pragmatic in the reform and opening up period.
