陕西省男女医务工作者对HPV疫苗认知及接受情况分析

Analysis of the Awareness and Acceptance of HPV Vaccines by Male and Female Medical Staff in Shaanxi Province

目的探究男女医务工作者对人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)疫苗的认知及接受情况,为我国HPV疫苗推广提供思路。方法以陕西省9所医院为研究现场,对2 320名男女医务工作者进行横断面问卷调查。结果共回收有效问卷2 281份(男性为17.27%,女性为82.73%)。在HPV疫苗认知方面,了解和听说过HPV疫苗的占73.69%,男女间差异无统计学意义。男女医务工作者在男性作为接种对象等方面的认知差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在HPV疫苗接受方面,总体接受率为84.61%,男女间差异无统计学意义。女性医务工作者拒绝接种HPV疫苗多是因为不良反应、接种后仍有患宫颈癌的风险及经济等原因,较男性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医务人员对HPV疫苗认知和接受情况男女间有差异,但认知率和接受率均较普通人群高。阻碍医务人员,特别是女性医务人员接种HPV疫苗的原因多为担心其安全性和有效性及经济原因。

Objective To explore the awareness and acceptance of human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccines by male and female medical workers in order to develop strategy for promoting HPV vaccines in China. Methods A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted in 2 320 male and female medical workers in nine hospitals in Shaanxi Province. Results A total of 2 281 valid questionnaires were obtained (17. 27% male and 82. 73% female. Awareness of HPV vaccines was comparable between men and women. However, more vaccinated male than vaccinated female medical workers were aware of HPV vaccines ( males vs. females: P < 0. 05 ). Moreover,the willingness to accept HPV vaccines did not differ between males and females, with a total acceptance rate of 84. 61 %. The reasons to decline HPV vaccines for females were adverse reactions, limited preventive benefit for cervical cancer and economic reason ( P < 0. 05 for all vs. males). Conclusion There are gender differences in awareness and acceptance of HPV vaccines among medical staffs. Awareness and acceptance of HPV vaccines are higher in medical staff than in general population. Obstacles affecting female medical staffs to accept HPV vaccines are safety, efficacy and costs.
