CO2点阵激光治疗口服异维A酸或停药6个月内痤疮瘢痕患者的安全性及有效性分析

The Safety and Efficacy of Fractional Ablative Carbon Dioxide Laser Treatment for Atrophic Acne Scars in Patients Received Recently Administered Oral Isotretinoin

目的评估CO2点阵激光治疗正在口服异维A酸或停药6个月内的痤疮瘢痕患者的安全性及有效性。方法采用病例对照回顾性研究方法,将140例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者纳入研究,70例痤疮瘢痕患者在接受CO2点阵激光治疗及随访期间正在口服异维A酸或停药不足6个月,70例患者治疗期间及随访期间未服用药物。随访1年,评估两组患者治疗的安全性及有效性。结果两组患者接受CO2点阵激光的安全性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),服药组ECCA评分从(285.49±34.61)分下降至(103.69±17.92)分,而对照组从(276.93±34.48)分下降至(120.32±18.14)分。服药组有效性略高于未服药组,2~3次治疗后效果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论服用异维A酸期间或停药不足6个月的痤疮瘢痕患者,剥脱性CO2点阵激光治疗等侵袭性治疗可酌情在有经验的医师操作下进行。

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of fractional ablative carbon dioxide laser treatment for atrophic acne scars in patients recently administered oral isotretinoin. Methods A case-control retrospective study was conducted in which 140 patients with acne scar scars were enrolled in the study. Among which, 70 patients with acne scars received oral isotretinoin for less than six months after receiving fractional C02 laser treatment and during follow-up, and 70 patients did not take the drug enrolled to the control group. After one year of follow-up, the safety and efficacy of treatment in both groups were evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in the safety between the two groups (P > 0. 05 ). The ECCA score of the treatment group decreased from 285. 49 ± 34. 6 to 103. 69 ± 17. 92, and the control group decreased from 276. 93 ±34. 48 to 120. 32 ±18. 14. The efficacy of the treatment group was slightly higher than control group, and the effect was statistically different after 2 ~ 3 treatments (P < 0.05). Conclusion In patients with acne scars during or after discontinuation of isotretinoin for six months, invasive treatments such as ablative fractional CO2 laser therapy may be performed, as appropriate, by an experienced physician.
