Current status and future prospects of enhanced recovery after surgery in children

摘要 加速康复外科(enhanced recovery after surgery,ERAS)是指采用一系列有循证医学证据支持的围手术期优化措施,以减少或降低病患的心理及生理创伤应激,促进患者术后尽快康复[1]。由丹麦外科医生Henrik Kehlet于20世纪90年代末首先提出,其核心是减少患者围手术期机体的生理和心理应激反应[2]。围绕这个核心目标,从术前、术中及术后多个环节对所涉及的一系列临床技术和措施进行优化改造。ERAS涉及麻醉学、营养学、微创外科及护理学等多个学科,是多学科协作诊疗模式(multidisciplinary treatment,MDT)下产生的一种新的、高效的外科模式。
