Review of the type 1 diabetes mellitus in children and adolescents

在过去几十年中,国内外对儿童青少年T1DM进行了泛研究,促进了T1DM的认识和诊治。目前,T1DM发病率不断增加,给社会和经济发展带来沉重的负担。本文对国内外与T1DM相关的流行病学、发病危险因素及临床治疗的研究进展进行综述,为我国儿童青少年T1DM的临床治疗提供理论依据。

Over the past few decades, extensive studies on the type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) in children and adolescents have been reported, which has promoted the understanding and treatment of T1DM. At present. the incidence of T1DM is increasing continuously, which has caused huge social and economic burden. This article reviews the research progress of epidemiology , risk factors and clinical treatment related to T1DM at home and abroad, and provides theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of T1DM in children and adolescents in China.
