有机玻璃表面三层透明耐磨聚氨酯抗静电涂层的研制

摘要 以二异氰酸酯、聚己内酯二醇和聚己内酯三醇为主要原料制备了第1层和第3层透明聚氨酯涂层,以改性ATO溶液作为第2层导电层,通过3层的层压复合,制备了具有抗静电、透明、耐磨的聚氨酯涂层。通过探讨原料用量的比例、第1层聚氨酯的固化工艺、改性ATO含量的影响和第2层聚氨酯的固体含量,最终确定了其制备的工艺参数。 The first and third transparent polyurethane coatings were prepared by using diisocyanate, polycaprolactone diol and polycaprolactone diol as the main raw materials. The apolyurethane coating with antistatic, transparent and abrasion resistance was prepared by using the modified ATO solution as the second conductive layer and passing through three layers. By testing the ratio of raw material dosage, the curing process of the first layer of polyurethane, the effect of modified ATO content and the solid content of the second layer of polyurethane, the process parameters of the preparation process were determined.
