摘要
在水性丙烯酸改性环氧酯乳液的合成过程中引入含硅基团,制备出的乳液具有丙烯酸和环氧树脂的优良特性,显著提高了漆膜的硬度、耐介质、光泽及抗污能力,还增加了漆膜的致密性,降低渗透性,提高了漆膜的屏蔽作用,综合防腐性能有明显优势。
In the synthesis process of waterborne acrylic modified epoxy ester emulsion, the emulsion prepared with silicon group has excellent properties of acrylic acid and epoxy resin, which significantly improves the hardness, resistance to medium, gloss and anti-fouling ability of the paint film, increases the compactness of the paint film, reduces the permeability, improves the shielding effect of the paint film, and have better anticorrosive property.
