摘要 采用低羟基含量的丙烯酸树脂作为主要漆膜组成成分,引入对颜料具有较强亲和能力的高分子量嵌段共聚物炭黑分散剂、聚醚-聚硅氧烷和丙烯酸树脂类复合流平剂、聚乙烯均聚蜡分散体及醋酸丁酸纤维素辅助成膜物质,开发出性能优异的汽车修补用单组分黑漆,并对核心技术要点进行分析阐述及试验验证,在黑度、着色力、修补调色实用性等方面综合性能良好,无苯环保,对汽车修补行业涂料的进步发展具有十分深远的意义。 Acrylic resin with low hydroxyl content is used as the main composition of paint film. The introduction of carbon black dispersant with high molecular weight block copolymer with strong affinity to pigments, polyether -polysiloxane and acrylic resin compound leveling agent, polyethylene homopolywax dispersion and cellulose butyrate acetate were introduced to facilitate the film formation. The single component black paint for automobile repair with excellent performance index is developed, and the key points of the core technology are analyzed and verified by experiments. The comprehensive performance is good in the aspects of blackness, coloring power, repair color matching practicability and so on, and it is beneficial to environmental protection and health. It is of great significance to the progress and development of coatings in automobile repair industry.
