摘要 患者,男性,60岁,因摔倒后致左下肢疼痛伴活动障碍,至当地医院查X线结果示:左侧股骨粗隆间骨折,经保守治疗后,送至我院行进一步治疗.患者于3年前出现左下肢乏力,远端为主,症状进行性加重,出现快走后易疲劳表现.
