公园城市是我国基于当前城市发展阶段对城市治理提出的一个新命题,是中国特色城市治理的一种新目标与新路径。公园城市以"绿色"为治理底色,将"以人民为中心"的工作导向作为治理宗旨,是一种人与自然融合的命运共同体,是对绿色治理核心价值理念的美好阐释。公园城市治理要以绿色价值理念为引导,以正义空间为治理场域,以多元主体共建共治共享为治理逻辑,以市场优化资源配置为治理动力,以智慧城市为治理手段,以绿色生产与绿色生活为文化自觉来实现绿色治理之道。

Park city is a new proposition of urban governance based on the current stage of urban development in China.It is a new goal and new path of urban governance with Chinese characteristics.Considering "green"as the governance background and "people-centered"as the governance tenet,park city is a community of shared future for man and nature,and it’s a good interpretation of green governance’s core value.Park city governance should be guided by the green value concept,take justice space as the governance field,take co-construction,co-governance and sharing for multiple subjects as the governance logic,take market-optimized resource allocation as the governance motivation,take smart city as the governance measure,and take green production and green life as the cultural consciousness to realize the path of green governance.
