会展中心的建设开发模式与设计总承包探索

Exploration of Development Mode and General Contract in Design of Convention and Exhibition Center

结合深圳国际会展中心建设开发和设计组织模式,从深圳会展业现状和建设需求出发,探讨深圳国际会展中心创新性建设开发对会展业促进城市片区发展所起到的积极作用。通过深圳国际会展中心的设计优化、工程启动、工程全面实施三大阶段的阐述,介绍项目管理的特征与难点,并从合约、质量、计划、信息、协调等方面采用集成一体化的设计总承包方式,以获得多专业综合最优解决方案,为会展中心工程实施提供全面的综合技术保障,并为大型公共建筑的设计管理提供参考范本。

With experience in development and design organization of Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, this paper proceeds from the situation and construction demand of Shenzhen convention and exhibition industry, and explores the positive effect of convention and exhibition industry for the urban development based on the innovative construction and development of Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. Through elaboration of the three key design phases including design optimization phase, project start-up phase and project implementation phase, this paper introduces features and difficulties of project management. From the aspects of contract, quality, plan, information and coordination, this paper explains the approach of general contract of integrated design, which provides optimal solution based on multiple disciplines. These solutions offer comprehensive technical support for the project implementation of the exhibition and convention center, and also an example of large public architecture design management.
