芬顿和高锰酸钾氧化法预处理煤化工浓盐水 被引量:4

Study on the Fenton and Potassium Permanganate Oxidation Methods as the Pre-treatment of Concentrated Brine from Coal Chemical Industry Wastewater

摘要 文章分别采用芬顿法和高锰酸钾氧化法预处理某煤化工企业反渗透浓盐水,研究了不同工艺参数对COD去除效果的影响,对比了两种方法的最优处理效果。结果表明,当H2O2投加量为1.0g/L、FeSO4·7H2O投加量为0.7g/L、水样pH为3.5时,芬顿反应进行2.5h后COD去除率达到最高,为69.8%;当高锰酸钾浓度为1g/L、水样pH为1.5时,高锰酸钾氧化法进行2.5h后COD去除率达到最高,为48.2%。两者比较而言,芬顿法比高锰酸钾法具有更强的氧化性,更适于煤化工行业反渗透浓盐水中COD的去除。 Fenton and potassium permanganate oxidation methods were applied as the pre-treatment of reverse osmosis concentrate from coal chemical industry wastewater respectively.The effects of operation conditions on COD removal were studied,and the optimum COD removal rates of these two oxidation methods were compared.The results showed that the COD removal rate of Fenton oxidation method was 69.8% which ranked the highest removal rate when the H 2O 2 concentration was 1.0 g/L, FeSO 4 · 7H 2O concentration was 0.7 g/L,pH was 3.5,the reaction time was 2.5 h. Meanwhile the highest COD removal rate of potassium permanganate oxidation method was 48.2% when the potassium permanganate concentration was 1 g/L,pH was 1.5,the reaction time was 2.5 h. In consequence,the Fenton oxidation method showed a stronger oxidation capability which was more proper for the pre-treatment of reverse osmosis concentrate.
