配加红泥的酸性烧结试验研究

摘要 炼钢红泥铁品位低,CaF2含量高,且水分大、结块多。烧结配加4%炼钢红泥后对烧结指标、冶金性能指标都有较大负面影响。但基于解决红泥堆存导致的环境污染问题,建议烧结减少炼钢红泥配加比例。 The grade of red clay iron is low,CaF 2 content is high,water content is high and agglomeration is much.Sintering with 4%steelmaking red mud has a great negative impact on sintering index and metallurgical performance index,but based on solving the environmental pollution problem caused by stockpiling of steelmaking red mud,it is suggested to reduce the proportion lf steelmaking red mud.
