摘要
热风炉系统接口孔洞部位的耐火内衬是易损部位,传统的设计和施工方法很难满足高炉高风温的要求,使用组合砖技术可较好的解决这一难题。组合砖互相锁紧,并均匀传递应力,结构十分牢固,从而可获得较长的使用寿命。
The refractory lining in the interface hole of the hot blast stove system is a vulnerable part,and the traditional design and construction methods can hardly meet the requirements of high temperature air for blast furnace.This problem can be solved by using composite brick technology.Composite brick locks each other tightly,and transmits the stress equably,the structure is very firm,and thus the longer service life can be obtained.
