摘要
通过大量试验研究,确定采用“水洗+化学沉淀工艺”无害化处理铝厂电解槽废耐火砖的最佳工艺条件。其中水洗脱氟工艺:液固比4:1,反应时间30min,粒度325~700um;氟化钙制备工艺:常温,pH为9,石灰水浓度25%、充分反应30min。采用该工艺可实现铝厂废耐火砖的资源化利用,最终产品为碳化硅粉和氟化钙。
Through a large number of experiments and studies,the optimum technological conditions of"washing+chemical precipitation process"for harmless treatment of waste refractory bricks in electrolytic cell of aluminum plant were determined.Water elution defluorination process:liquid-solid ratio 4:1,reaction time 30 min,particle size 325~700 um;preparation process of calcium fluoride:room temperature,pH is 9,lime water concentration 25%,full reaction for 30 min.This process can realize the resource utilization of the waste refractory brick in aluminum plant,and the final products are silicon carbide powder and calcium fluoride.
