辅导员工作是高校学生工作的主体,其主要职责是思想政治教育,通过构建辅导员工作管理系统,提高辅导员工作效率,借助于互联网和计算机信息技术转变辅导员工作模式,促进高校数字化校园建设。
Counselor's work is the main body of college students'work.Its main responsibility is ideological and political education.Through the construction of counselor's work management system,the efficiency of counselor's work can be improved.With the help of Internet and computer information technology,counselor's work mode can be changed to promote the construction of digital campus in Colleges and universities.
