This paper introduces the general situation of 732 sets of Xinyi in Guangdong Province, the background of power supply and distribution system transformation, the basis of design and construction specifications. The composition principle, functional parameters and requirements of each part of the power supply and distribution system after transformation are summarized. The operation rules of the equipment and the system sketch are given.
