变压器风机故障的分析和解决

摘要 针对昌江核电厂变压器风机故障,从风机故障的表现形式、产生异音的部位、各部件的故障类型等方面进行统计,发现轴承磨损和电机绝缘低是主要矛盾。通过分析可能的原因对风机故障次数高的影响程度,发现骨架油封的使用寿命短和更换周期长是主要原因,提出了解决变压器风机故障的有效措施,为同类电厂变压器风机故障的处理提供了借鉴。 For the transformer fan fault in Changjiang Nulear Power Station, statistics were made from the aspects of appearance of fan faults, location of unusual noise and fault type of each component. It is found that bearing wear and low motor insulation are the main cruces . Through the analysis of the influence degree of possible reasons on the high frequency of fan faults, it is found that the main reasons are short working life and long replacement cycle of framework oil seal. The effective measures to solve the faults of the transformer fan are proposed, providing a reference for the treatment of the similar faults.
