摘要
针对电力生产中对SF6气体检漏的需求,简述了不同检漏手段的不足,介绍了红外检漏技术在现场使用的优点。结合SF6气体红外光谱等相关理论介绍了红外检漏技术的工作原理。通过江苏并网电厂绝缘监督工作中应用红外检漏技术协助检修部门及时有针对性地开展消缺工作的典型案例,说明了红外检漏技术在检测泄漏和精确定位方面的有效性和准确性。通过X射线探伤等其他手段与红外检漏技术结合使用的案例说明了红外检漏技术在协助判断设备健康状况及后续研究缺陷原因方面的重要性,同时为类似缺陷处理提供了参考依据。
To meet the demand for SF 6 gas leakage detection in electric power production, the shortcomings of different leakage detection methods were briefly described, and the advantages of infrared leakage detection technology used in the field were introduced. The working principle of infrared leak detection technology was introduced in combination with relevant theories such as SF 6 gas infrared spectroscopy. The effectiveness and accuracy of infrared leakage detection technology in detecting leakage and locating accurately were introduced through a typical case of applying infrared leakage detection technology to assist maintenance departments to carry out defect elimination timely and pertinently in the insulation supervision work of Jiangsu grid-connected power plants. By using X-ray imaging and other methods, the importance of infrared gas leakage detection technology in getting status of electric power equipment and research the source of weakness or fault were discussed. In the end, some advice for dealing with similar weakness or fault were given.
