The backup power source device of a substation was studied. The causes of the misoperation of the backup power source device were analyzed. The improvement scheme for preventing misoperation was proposed, and the effectiveness and reliability of the improvement scheme for preventing misoperation under multiple faults (or abnormalities) were verified.
