摘要
通过对某核电厂电气及工艺系统配置进行分析,提出了在电网黑启动期间核电厂保厂用电的措施和恢复正常运行的方案,使其事先具有安全稳定措施及恢复启动方案,可有效减少系统停电时间,降低核安全风险。
This article puts forward the measures about how to guarantee the auxiliary power and its operation recovery plan during the black start of power grid through analyzing the configuration of electrical and process systems of a nuclear power plant, so that the plant can prepare the security and stability measures and start-up resume plan in advance, which can effectively reduce the power outage time of the system as well as the nuclear safety risks.
