摘要
核电厂在商运初期开展预防性维修工作时会遇到无法顺利开展的问题,通过分析问题成因,采用分解递进的工作方式,从工作项目、周期、零点、窗口和替代关系等方面,对预防性工作进行优化,同时将隔离边界和IO判定等信息固化进数据库中,为后期工作计划的安排提供了依据,提高了系统设备的有效可用度,降低了维修活动管理成本。根据此次工作经验,提出从监测设备状态、建立设备功能组和识别RTF设备三方面出发,持续对预防性维修工作进行优化的建议。
There were some common problems when doing preventive maintenance in nuclear power plant at the beginning of commercial operation. The paper analyzed the cause of the problems and established work breakdown structure. Theoptimization of preventive maintenance was implemented through the aspects of work items, maintenance cycles, zeros, windows and substitutions. The information such as isolation boundary and IO determination were recorded into the database of PM, which provided a basis for the arrangement of the later work plan,improved the effective availability of the system equipment and reduced the cost of maintenance. Based on this experience,suggetstions for the continous optimization of PM were proposed from the three aspects of monitoring the equipment status、setting up equipment functional groups and identifying RTF equipment.
