摘要
为解决配电低压系统检修时挂接地线难度大、停电范围扩大等问题,研制了低压开关接地装置。首先根据安全和安装等功能约束制定了装置的总体方案,设计了壳体结构和尺寸;然后对接地装置分别进行了绝缘试验、耐压试验和整体温升试验;最后对接地装置进行了现场测试。研究结果表明,研制的接地装置符合相关绝缘、耐压和温升等安全标准,可应用于低压运维工作,提高低压运维的安全水平和效率。
In order to solve the problems of difficulty in hanging grounding wires and enpanding the power outage range during the maintenance of low-voltage distribution system, a low-voltage switch grounding device is developed. Firstly, the overall scheme of the device is formulated according to the functional constraints of safety and installation, and the structure and size of the casing are designed. Then the insulation test, voltage withstand test and overall temperature rise test are respectively carried out on the grounding device. Finally, the field test of the grounding device is carried out. The results show that the grounding device meets the safety standards of insulation, withstand voltage and temperature rise, and can be applied to low-voltage operation and maintenance to improve the safety level and efficiency.
