摘要
分析干式铁芯电抗器匝间缺陷的成因,提出一种基于感应耐压法的电抗器匝间缺陷检测方法,分析了其可行性及有效性,并设计了一种适应性强的可拆卸辅助试验铁芯,可满足不同尺寸铁芯电抗器匝间缺陷检测的要求。
In this paper, the causes of the inter-turn defects of dry-type core reactors were analyzed. The method for detecting defects in the inter-turn insulation of reactors based on induction withstand voltage was proposed. The feasibility and effectiveness of the test method were analyzed. A flexible and detachable test core was designed, which could meet the requirements of different size core reactors for inter-turn insulation detection.
