摘要
针对当前微波器件更高频、更小型和宽带的要求,本文提出了一种宽带毫米波带状线魔T。该魔T通过对Gysel功分器拓扑结构的改进,在28.38GHz(相对工作带宽为30.3%)频段内得到了良好的性能指标。利用HFSS仿真软件可以看出,该魔T在工作频段内各端口驻波均小于1.26,和、差口之间的隔离度均优于-40dB,平分口之间的隔离度均优于-20dB,仿真结果表明差口的相位差在180°±1.4°以内,和口的相位差在±1.4°以内。该魔T结构简单、性能优良,适用于毫米波应用。
In order to realize the requirements of higher frequency, smaller size and wideband of microwave devices, this paper presents a broadband millimeter wave stripline magic-T. The magic-T has realized super performance in the range of 28.38 GHz(relative operating bandwidth is 30. 3%) based on the improvement of the topological structure of Gysel power divider. By using the simulation software HFSS, it can be seen that the VSWR of each port in the working frequency band is less than 1. 26, and the isolation between the sum and the difference ports is better than -40dB and the isolation between the Synthetic branches is better than . 20 dB, The simulated results of the device show 180°±1.4° differential phase between the out-of-phase ports with ±1.4°differential phase between the in-phase ports. The magic T has a simple structure and excellent performance, it is suitable for millimeter wave applications.
