实习护生个人职业生涯规划现状及影响因素分析

Current status and influencing factors of personal career planning of intern student nurses

目的探讨实习护生个人职业生涯规划现状及影响因素.方法 2018年3-4月采用方便抽样法,选取湖南省某三级甲等综合性医院的258名实习护生为研究对象.采用护理专业学生个人职业生涯规划调查问卷对其进行调查.结果 258名实习护生职业生涯规划总分为(96.84±10.80)分.护理专业实习生对护理专业总体满意度及是否担任班干部是个人职业生涯规划的影响因素(P<0.01).结论护理实习生职业规划处于中等水平,受多种因素影响.高等护理教育应重视护生的个人职业生涯规划,医院及科室应针对不同特征的实习护生给予相应的教育、培训和管理.

Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of intern student nurses' personal career planning. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 258 intern student nurses in a ClassⅢ Grade A general hospital in Hu'nan province selected by convenience sampling from March to April 2018. Personal Career Planning Questionnaire for Nursing Students was used in the investigation. Results The total score of 258 student nurses in personal career planning was (96.84±10.80). The overall satisfaction of the student nurses towards the nursing major and the status of class cadres were the influencing factors of the personal professional career planning (P<0.01). Conclusions The student nurses' personal career planning are at a medium level and influenced by various of factors. High nursing education should pay attention to the personal career planning of nursing students. Hospitals and departments should provide corresponding education, training and management for nursing students with different characteristics.
