市场分割对省域创新效率的空间相关性研究——基于创新要素流动视角 被引量:12

摘要 运用动态空间计量模型对我国30个省、自治区、直辖市(未包含西藏和港澳台地区)2003-2016年面板数据进行实证分析,旨在探究市场分割与省域创新效率的空间相关性,并揭示创新要素流动在两者中发挥的传导机制。研究发现:市场分割程度有下降的趋势,但其对创新效率依然有十分显著的抑制作用,这种抑制作用表现为中、东、西逐一递减;进一步探究发现创新要素流动的中介作用十分显著,其中市场分割通过阻碍R&D人员流动进而抑制创新效率的中介效应大于R&D资本;在东、中、西三大区域中,创新要素流动的中介作用具有差异性,呈现中-东-西的下降趋势。 This paper uses the dynamic spatial econometric model to empirically analyze the panel data of 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities(excluding Tibet, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) from 2003 to 2016, aiming to explore the space of market segmentation and provincial innovation efficiency, and reveals the transmission mechanism of the flow of innovation elements in both. The study found that the degree of market segmentation has a downward trend, but it still has a very significant inhibitory effect on the efficiency of innovation, this inhibitory effect is characterized by a decrease in middle, east and west. Further exploration reveals that the mediating role of the flow of innovation elements is very significant, the mediation effect of market segmentation by inhibiting the flow of R&D personnel and inhibiting innovation efficiency is greater than that of R&D capital. In the three regions of East, Central and West, the mediating role of innovation factor flows is different, showing a downward trend from middle to east to west.
