数字环境下企业项目管理效率提升机理

The Mechanism of the Efficiency of Enterprise Project Management in Digital Environment

过去30年,完善项目管理成熟度是企业提升项目管理水平的重要路径,但是在信息技术快速迭代和数字制度环境的今天,项目管理成熟度与企业项目管理效率之间的关联程度越来越弱。基于这一现象,首先剖析项目管理成熟度与项目管理效率的内容构成及其演化情况;其次,针对企业为应对信息技术发展和数字制度环境而采取的应对措施,提出企业项目信息共享能力这一概念,并分析其构成、内涵和价值;最后,采用实证研究方法剖析项目管理成熟度、企业项目信息共享能力和企业项目管理效率之间的逻辑关系,并构建三者之间的概念模型,进而探究数字环境情境下企业项目管理效率提升的机理。研究结果揭示数字制度环境下企业项目管理效率提升的机理和路径。

In the past 30 years, improving the maturity of project management has been an important way for enterprises to improve the level of project management. However, in today’s rapid iteration of information technology and digital institutional environment, the relationship between project management maturity and enterprise’s project management efficiency is becoming weaker and weaker. Based on this phenomenon, this paper firstly analyzes contents and evolution of project management maturity and project management efficiency. Secondly, in view of the measures taken by enterprises to cope with the development of information technology and the formation of digital institutional environment, the paper puts forward the concept of enterprise’s project information sharing capability, and analyzes its composition, connotation and value. Finally, the paper empirically analyzes the logical relationship among project management maturity, project information sharing capability and project management efficiency, constructs a conceptual model among them, and then explores the mechanism of improving project management efficiency in the context of digital environment. The research reveals the mechanism and path of improving the efficiency of enterprise project management under the digital system environment.
