“一带一路”背景下云南食用菌出口贸易研究 被引量:7

摘要 食用菌产业作为一种新兴农业,越来越受到国家和地方政府的扶持和重视。我国政府颁布多项政策法规支持食用菌产业的健康发展。在我国的野生食用菌贸易中,云南食用菌产值占比超过50%,出口量不断增加,但是增长的幅度和质量却不理想。放眼当下,不断优化的国内政策环境和在国际上良好的合作关系都在为食用菌的出口快速增长带来积极影响。尤其在"一带一路"的背景下,对云南食用菌出口贸易产业发展进行分析研究,对促进云南乃至我国食用菌产业持续健康发展意义重大。 As an emerging agriculture, the edible fungi industry is increasingly supported and valued by the state and local gov ernments. The Chinese government has promulgated a number of policies and regulations to support the healthy development of the edible fungus industry. In China's wild edible fungus trade, Yunnan's output value accounts for more than 50%, and the export volume continues to increase, but the magnitude and quality of growth are not satisfactory. Looking at the present, the constantly optimized domestic policy environment and good international cooperation are all positively affecting the rapid growth of edible fungus exports. Especially in the context of "belt and road initiative", the analysis and research on the development of edible fungus export trade industry in Yunnan is of great significance to promote the sustainable and healthy development of Yunnan and even the edible fungus industry in China.
