摘要
互嵌式智力援藏理念认为,援助者与受援者应相互了解,互相嵌入对方的文化情境中.智力援藏工作的顺利推进还需要解决好4个方面的问题:政策、规划与地方性知识的结合,网络基础设施建设,人才培养与培训,社会力量动员等.
Inter-embedded approach to intellectual support for Tibet holds that the assisting party and the assisted party shall mutually know and get embedded in each other’s cultural contexts,Four problems need to be solved for the smooth advancement of intellectual aid to Tibet:filed research, professional training, cultural immersion and follow-up support.
