CT引导下经皮旋切术联合臭氧治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨CT引导下经皮旋切术联合臭氧治疗单纯腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2014-01-2015-01诊治的78例单节段腰椎间盘突出症,40例采用CT引导下经皮旋切术联合臭氧治疗(观察组),38例行单纯经皮旋切术(对照组)。结果78例术中未出现血管、神经损伤,术后未出现切口感染。观察组术后1个月疼痛VAS评分、ODI指数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1个月胫神经、腓总神经的传导速度和F波频率高于对照组,而F波潜伏期低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT引导下经皮旋切术联合臭氧治疗单纯腰椎间盘突出症能够明显缓解疼痛,改善患肢功能,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。
