摘要
从"痹证"的角度分析了威灵仙在非化脓性骨关节疾病中的临床研究,回顾了威灵仙在各类验方中的具体运用,归纳了威灵仙治疗"痹证"的临床配伍、用药剂量与用药特点,指出了威灵仙良好的疗效归结于其祛风湿、通经络的功效,并获得了相关药理研究的支持,为临床辨证运用威灵仙提供了思路与经验。
From the point view of the Bi Syndrome in Chinese medicine,this paper reviewed some clinical researches of Weilingxian (Radix Clematidis) on the non-suppurative osteoarthrosis,and analyzed the specific application of Weilingxian (Radix Clematidis) in different prescriptions.By summarizing the combination,dosage and feature of Radix Clematidis,we pointed out that the therapeutic effect of Weilingxian (Radix Clematidis) due to its wind-damp-dispelling effect and meridian-dredging effect,which is supported by pharmacological researches. This paper clinically provided some ideas and experience for the syndrome differentiation and prescription of Weilingxian (Radix Clematidis).
