中国企业家的话语隐喻及其心智模式探析——以马云与任正非话语为例

Exploring the Metaphorical Expressions in Chinese Entrepreneurs and Their Mental Models: Taking Ma Yun and Ren Zhengfei’s Discourse as an Example

本文以两位中国企业家马云与任正非的话语为语料,从批评隐喻分析的视角对比分析了他们话语中的隐喻现象,并探究了说话人的心智模式。研究发现:1)在两位企业家的隐喻性话语中,含有单个隐喻表达的句子占大多数,均达到60%以上;2)两位企业家的话语隐喻可以归纳为13类概念隐喻,两者都高频率使用了战争隐喻、旅行隐喻、人体隐喻与体育隐喻;3)两位企业家的心智模式总体上趋向一致,但又各自有不同的侧重。

Starting from the discourse of Ma Yun and Ren Zhengfei, two famous Chinese entrepreneurs, the present study aims to investigate their metaphorical expressions and the potential network of conceptual metaphors from the angle of critical metaphor analysis, and then explores the specific cognitive features and mental models of the speakers based on the interrogation of dominant conceptual metaphors. It is discovered that: 1) in each entrepreneur’s metaphorical discourse, the percentage of sentences with one metaphor accounts for the majority, both occupying over 60%;2) 13 categories of conceptual metaphors are used in the two entrepreneurs’ discourse, among which war metaphor, journey metaphor, human being metaphor and sport metaphor are frequently used;3) the mental models of the two entrepreneurs are highly overlapped, but they have different priorities.
