摘要 人才培养是大学的本质职能,本科教育是大学的根本,在高等教育中是具有战略地位的教育、是具有纲举目张意义的教育。坚持“以人为本”,推进“四个回归”,全面提高人才培养能力,是实现民族复兴的重要任务之一。研究主要探讨在现行“双创”背景下,如何培养合格的应用型本科人才,为地区产业发展提供重要的人才储备。实践证明,建立“兴趣聚集,竞赛驱动”的培养模式,可以提升学生的专业知识水平和科研素质,拓展学科视野与科研思维,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,带动学生自我提升的自觉性,增强专业自信,全面提升学生的创新创业能力。 The cultivation of talents is the essential function of university, and the undergraduate education is the root and foundation of university. It is one of the important tasks to realize national rejuvenation to adhere to people-oriented, promote the four returns and improve the ability of cultivating talents in an all-round way. Practice has proved that the establishment of a interest-aggregated, competition-driven training model can improve the level of students' professional knowledge and scientific research quality, expand the subject vision and scientific research thinking, cultivate students' innovative spirit and practical ability, drive them to improve their self-awareness, enhance their professional self-confidence, and comprehensively improve students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability.
