Identification and Intelligent Early Warning of Security Risk in Stampede Accidents in Major Events

踩踏事故近来年受到越来越多的关注,社会公共场所的安全问题关系着国家安全与社会稳定,有效规避重大活动踩踏事故风险,可以减少重大活动踩踏事故的发生,避免踩踏事故造成的巨大生命安全损失。通过对重大活动踩踏事故各种风险因素的识别与探讨,分析重大活动踩踏事故风险识别与智能预警的必要性。结合现有的场地、设施、技术及社会环境提出我国重大活动踩踏事故频发的主要原因,针对性地提升其智能预警水平。

Stampede accidents have attracted more and more attention in recent years.Security issues in public places are related to national security and social stability.Effectively avoiding the risk of stampede accidents can reduce the occurrence of the accidents in major events and avoid great loss of lives.Through the identification and discussion of various risk factors of stampede accidents in major events,we analyzed the necessity of risk identification and intelligent early warning.Combined with the existing venues,facilities,technology and social environment,we put forward the main reasons for frequent stampede accidents in major events and proposed suggestions to upgrade intelligent early warning.
