学科建设是高等学校提高整体办学水平、促进学校科学发展的一项综合性、长远性的建设工作,而发展研究生教育是高校实现高水平发展的重要途径,也是高校培育特色的助推器。新疆艺术学院的研究生教育经过六年的发展,现在已初具规模。随着学校学科逐步完善和研究生规模的不断扩大,如何深化研究生人才培养模式改革,进一步提高艺术类研究生培养质量已成为学校研究生教育当前面临的主要挑战。本文通过对新疆艺术学院在学科建设和研究生教育发展现状的分析,探索艺术类学科建设与研究生人才培养模式路径。

Construction of disciplines is a comprehensive and long-term work that improve overall level of school running and boost the development of school disciplines, while the postgraduate education is an important path of achieving high-level development and a booster of forming the characteristic for colleges and universities.After six years of development, the postgraduate education of Xinjiang Arts University has begun to take shape. With the gradual improvement of school disciplines and expansion of postgraduate scale, the focus on how to deepen the reform of the postgraduate talents cultivation mode and further improve the quality of postgraduate has become the top priority of school postgraduate education.The thesis will analyze the current situation of construction of disciplines and development of postgraduate education in Xinjiang Arts University so as to explore a method of construction of art disciplines and exploration of postgraduate talents cultivation mode.
