摘要
通过对西藏马铃薯生产加工利用现状进行调查研究,比较分析了目前主栽马铃薯的品质,对西藏马铃薯加工利用现状及产业发展存在的问题进行了分析,并对西藏马铃薯产业化发展进行了展望。
This paper investigated the present situation of potato production,processing and utilization in Tibet,analyzed the quality of potato grown mainly,the present situation of potato processing and utilization and the problems existing in the industrial development,and gave a prospect for the development of potato industrialization in Tibet.
