Research Progress on Grape Polyphenol

多酚类物质是葡萄次生代谢的重要产物,也是天然抗氧化剂的重要来源,与人类生活密切相关。综述了近10年来有关葡萄多酚类物质的研究概况,重点介绍其极强的抗氧化作用、抑菌消炎和防治多种危害人体健康疾病的生物学活性,以及在食品工业、日化化工和医药等领域的应用,并对今后的研究方向进行展望。

Polyphenols are important products of secondary metabolism of grapes and important source of natural antioxidants,which are closely related to human life.This artical reviewed the research progress of grape polyphenol in the past ten years,focused on its biological activities of strong anti-oxidation,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and curing many diseases that endanger human body health,as well as applications in the food industry,daily chemical and pharmaceutical industries,at last prospects for future research directions.
