畜禽粪便无害化处理设备的研究

Research on the Equipment for Dung of Livestock and Poultry Pollution-free Treatment

目前,畜禽粪便排放已经成为农业的首要污染源。通过分析畜禽粪便无害化处理技术的发展现状,研发了畜禽粪便无害化处理设备,该设备能一次性完成畜禽粪便高温好氧发酵、除臭、滤水、杀卵、灭菌的快速无害化处理。同时对设备的关键部件、技术特点、经济效益、社会效益等进行了说明。

At present,excrement discharge of livestock and poultry has become the primary source of pollution in agriculture.Based on analyzing the development status of livestock and poultry dung pollution-free treatment technology,the equipment for dung of livestock and poultry pollution-free treatment was developed.The equipment could complete the rapid and harmless treatment of high temperature aerobic fermentation,deodorization,water filtration,egg and germs killing of livestock and poultry dung at one time.The key parts,technical characteristics,economic benefits and social benefits of the equipment were also explained.
