摘要 “发酵工程”是生化类专业本科生和研究生的一门核心课程,教学质量对学生专业素养及创新能力的培养有着重要意义。根据近年来浙江科技学院研究生“现代发酵工程”课程教学中存在的实际问题,对教学内容、教学方法、考核制度等课程教学进行了相应的教学改革与实践,提高了课程的教学质量,提升了研究生的创新能力和学习积极性。 Fermentation Engineering is a core course for undergraduate and graduate students majoring in biochemistry.The teaching quality is of great significance to the cultivation of professional accomplishment and innovative ability.According to the practical problems existing in the course teaching of Modern Fermentation Engineering for postgraduates of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology in recent years,the teaching reform and practice of the courses such as teaching contents,teaching methods and examination system have been carried out.Through the practice of recent three years,the innovative ability and learning enthusiasm of graduate studentsing has been improved constantly.
