摘要
目的探讨帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者多导睡眠图及脑源性神经营养因子变化。方法选取2017年3月~2018年5月在绍兴市第七人民医院进行治疗的60例抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者,考察患者治疗前和治疗后的汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分,ELISA法测定患者治疗前后血清BDNF、NGF、NT-4表达水平。结果治疗后抑郁伴睡眠障碍患者HAMD评分显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后PSQI评分显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后BDNF表达水平显著高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后NGF表达水平显著高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后NT-4表达水平显著高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症与睡眠障碍存在双向作用关系,经过抗抑郁联合催眠剂治疗后,患者的HAMD、PSQI评分显著降低,BDNF、NGF、NT-4表达水平显著升高,睡眠质量显著改善。
Objective To discuss the changes of polysomnography and brain-derived neurotrophic factors in patients with depression and sleep disorders by paroxetine treatment.Methods Sixty patients with depression and sleep disorders who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled.The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores before and after treatment were examined.The expression levels of serum BDNF,NGF and NT-4 were measured by ELISA before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the HAMD score of patients with depression and sleep disorders was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);PSQI score was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);BDNF expression level was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);NGF expression level was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05);and the NT-4 expression level was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a two-way relationship between depression and sleep disorders.After antidepressant combined with hypnotic therapy,the patients'HAMD and PSQI scores are significantly decreased,BDNF,NGF and NT-4 expression levels are significantly increased,and sleep quality is significantly improved.
