从马斯洛的需要层次理论看,工匠精神体现了劳动者对职业的深厚情感,是劳动者对职业的认同感、归属感、尊严感和荣誉感的统一。当前,高职院校学生存在职业认同感淡化、职业归属感弱化、职业尊严感虚化、职业荣誉感异化等普遍问题,这严重影响了高职院校学生工匠精神的培育。强化顶层设计、开展专题研究、挖掘各类资源,有利于为大学生工匠精神的培育提供政策支撑和理论指南。

From Maslow’s theory of the hierarchy of needs,the craftsman spirit reflects workers’s deep feelings on the profession,and is the unity of the workers’sense of identity,belonging,dignity and honor.At present,students in higher vocational colleges have widespread problems such as weakened professional identity,weak sense of occupational belonging,ambiguity of professional dignity,and alienation of professional honor,which has seriously affected the cultivation of craftsman spirit.Strengthening the top-level design,carrying out special research,and developing various resources are conducive to providing policy support,theoretical guidance and fertile soil for the cultivation of craftsman spirit.
