高职工商管理专业学生创业教育的有效对策研究

Research on effective countermeasure of entrepreneurship education for higher vocational business management majors

高职工商管理专业学生创业教育具有重要意义,它是人才培养的重要组成部分,有利于增强学生对工作岗位的适应性,促进人才培养质量的提升。但目前创业教育存在不足,集中表现为学生创业意识淡薄、创业课程不完善、创业教育方式落后、师资力量薄弱等。有必要创设创业教育文化氛围,增强学生创业意识,健全创业教育课程体系,创新创业教育方法,并培养“双师型”教师队伍,有效指导学生创业活动。

The entrepreneurship education of higher vocational business management majors is of great significance.It is an important part of talent cultivation and is conducive to enhancing the adaptability of students to work positions and promoting the quality of personnel training.However,the current entrepreneurship education is deficient,which is mainly reflected in students’weak awareness of entrepreneurship,incomplete entrepreneurship courses,backward entrepreneurship education methods,and weak teaching staff.It is necessary to create a cultural atmosphere of entrepreneurship education,enhance students’awareness of entrepreneurship,improve vocational entrepreneurship education systems,innovate entrepreneurship education methods,and cultivate“dual-qualified”teachers to effectively guide students in their entrepreneurial activities.
