摘要
从现代学徒制下高职人才培养的特点出发,以问卷调查的形式,对现代学徒制中师傅、学生、教师等参与方进行分类调查。通过分析师徒关系状况,发现现代学徒制实施过程中存在师徒关系里传统文化的缺失、隐性知识转移中企业文化的缺失以及师傅指导工作缺乏延续性等问题,提出创新德育内容、规范对学徒和师傅的考评方式,有效推进校企文化融合机制等建议和对策。
From the perspective of features of higher vocational talent cultivation under modern apprenticeship,questionnaires were carried out among the masters in the industry,students,and teachers at schools.The relationship status between students and masters was analyzed and it was found out some existing problems such as the lack of traditional culture between students and masters,the lack of industry culture in invisible knowledge transition and the deficiency of continuity of masters’guidance.Finally,three countermeasures were put forward:innovating the content of moral education during the apprenticeship,regulating the evaluation of both students and masters,and propelling the cultural integration of school and industry.
